The Summit Awards are given to those student athletes and deserving individuals who have graced this Community with outstanding and unselfish service to their respective School's Athletic Programs.
The awards program runs in conjunction with PCTV, The Pottstown Mercury and WPAZ, and is supported and sponsored by local businesses. It is the intent of The Summit Awards Committee to recognize those areas of excellence that sometimes are overlooked by such awards as the most valuable player or the player who scores the most points or touchdowns.
The program features the presentation of a 10-inch jade color glass awardl. The determination of the award winners will be selected by The Summit Awards committee and will be based on the nomination form that is submitted.
An athlete can be nominated for more than one awardl. A separate nomination form must be submitted for each category. There are a total of 10 categories.
